By accessing or using VenProof, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

VenProof is a vendor insurance tracking platform designed for property managers. The service allows you to track certificates of insurance, receive expiration reminders, and manage vendor compliance.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use VenProof only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the service to store or transmit malicious content.

5. Billing and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

6. Limitation of Liability

VenProof is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to missed insurance expirations or compliance failures.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
